Motion Graphics Artist (Onsite Lahore)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field
3+ years of experience in motion graphics design and video editing
Strong portfolio of motion graphics work demonstrating expertise in digital storytelling
Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Artist or similar role in creating animated videos for marketing or advertising
Expertise in motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere Pro)
Familiarity with AI tools and software used in video production, animation, or related fields

Responsibilities:

Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project scope and objectives
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process
Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for the project
Experiment with AI tools to enhance video content and streamline production processes
Narrate videos or work closely with voiceover artists to ensure the tone and pace of the narration match the visual storytelling
Skills:
Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex messages through simple, engaging narratives
Excellent visual design skills, including a solid understanding of composition, color theory, and typography
Experience with scriptwriting and storyboarding, capable of translating ideas into visually compelling stories
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in collaborating with team members and stakeholders to bring visions to life
Attention to detail and a passion for perfection
Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
